- Social Media Platforms: Facebook and Instagram (when you connect these accounts)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Some service providers may process or access personal information in other jurisdictions, including the United States (Stripe, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, Google), Singapore (Cloudflare), and the European Union (Google Analytics data centres). Before disclosing information overseas we:
- Assess whether the recipient is subject to laws comparable to the APPs;
- Enter into contractual arrangements requiring the recipient to protect the information; and
- Remain responsible under APP 8 for the recipient’s handling of your personal information.
By using our services or providing personal information to us, you consent to these overseas disclosures. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but doing so may limit the services we can provide.
